The Team is the brainchild of a woman who is a graduate in Psychology from Wellesley College and who has a law degree from the University of Texas.

She has dedicated the last fifteen years to customized, innovative training programs, classes and writings surrounding meaningful work and workplace problem-solving.

The website was originally designed by an experienced, highly trained computer programmer and innovative web designer and followed up by two outstanding programmers with four year degrees and training skills in the latest software and data management tools available. Two of them are graduates of the University of Waterloo, the #1 rated computer science program in the world by Microsoft. Many other dedicated and skilled people put long hours and hard work into the site.

The employees and contractors of the United States Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration made the development of this site possible through their extensive, well-designed and open resource data bank, in particular the O*NET database.

The site is dedicated to the Late Honorable Bob Eckhardt, whose untiring support for the working people of America, made many important ideas come to fruition. He dedicated his career not only to working people, but also to the protection of the environment and consumers and to just plain "good government".
